Colo Painting & Remodeling LLC team remodeled the 109 Years old house. The time frame to renovate this property was seven months. We started by removing carpet, flooring, walls, appliances.
Removing the carpet before starting the interior painting was a big help in this building. The board of this building decides to change it. So, we started painting before getting install the new carpet.
First, cleaning the trim, doors, windows, ceiling, and walls; then masking, applying primer, and taping to begin painting the millwork, and finally, painting the roof and the walls. The colors used for this project are Sea serpent for the millwork and Hinting Blue for the ceiling and walls.
